My name is Issac Gideon-Young. I am a high-camp gay from a council estate in Somerset. I am also a political and cultural writer.
I think it’s time for a different, deeper conversation about things that matter. I will go deep, but I also intend to entertain.
To get this started I will be unabashed in sharing my viewpoints for your consideration and hopefully for your amusement too. I will do so with the hope that perhaps something I say might make a positive change on some level.

Largely I will post about the following:
Politics & Current Affairs- Reflections on matters concerning politics and current affairs. I am more likely to hit you with these in the first half of the week while the irons are hot.
Society & Culture- My thoughts on matters concerning social and cultural affairs. I am really interested in what goes on in people's heads. I like to consider what culture says about our inner realities.
Reflections & Experientials- Deeper reflections on self-improvement, meaning and wellbeing. Sometimes these will be deeply personal, where helpful to readers. These will mostly be published on weekends.
